Love the techs and the vets here. I've been taking my dog to Briarwood for over six years. Last February, she developed a type of acute anemia brought on by immune system dysfunction and had a roughly 50% chance of survival. After a lengthy stay at the clinic, two blood transfusions, and lots of prescriptions, she made a full recovery. She's happy, healthy, and active today. I don't think she'd be here without this place.
Our White Siberian Husky, Apollo, has been going to Briarwood for several years to be groomed. Anyone that has a Husky knows that is a job with all of his fur! The staff there are always so kind and he loves them. He always looks and smells like new when he comes out. We Love Briarwood!
I ended up getting referred to Briarwood by my normal vet, who was booked solid for the day. I was skeptical at first since my vet standards are very high, but my dog was presenting with body tremors and refusing to lay down, so for me, it was worth the risk. Briarwood provided fantastic service, from the receptionist who answered my call at 8am and worked with me to get my dog in as early as possible, to the exceptional service and evaluation from Dr. Hale who went above and beyond to listen to my concerns.
Briarwood Animal Hospital easily gets my recommendation and I look forward to using them again for grooming/general vet care in the future!
I’ve been taking my dogs here for a long time. They’ve helped me through good times and bad. Excellent staff and very caring! Newly remodeled front area, supplies are always in stock, has grooming/boarding services and clean examination rooms.
Briarwood has always been able to get my pets in last minute during emergencies and handled the death of my rabbit with amazing compassion. This is one of the best animal hospitals I've ever dealt with.
I have gone to Briarwood for several years. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. Dr. Hale is caring, matter of fact, and attentive to the needs of my dogs. I have had emergency situations three times since coming to Briarwood and all three times I was able to be seen within an hour. Very professional group who I can trust with the health of my pets.
I visited Dr. Hale today (as a non-established patient they got me in same day ON A SATURDAY!) because my dog had been exposed to scabies. He came to the car and talked with me about it and told me to go to Walmart for the treatment. He was very kind, professional, and straight forward. He assured me that the treatment I bought from Walmart would not interfere with her current flea and tick preventative. I could tell Dr. Hale cares about not just the patient but the owner as well. I highly recommend visiting him and his staff for your pet's concerns.
We brought our 20 yr old weenie dog in thinking he was about to leave us and these doctors got on it and made him better. They were so kind and professional and even called to check on him over the weekend. They were patient and explained everything very well and even gave us advice on another one of our weenie dogs that was not being seen that day. The vet we normally use is about an hour away and as great as they were I believe we will be bringing our babies here from now on. Thank you all for taking care of our Rocko and getting him well! You guys are the best!
Been going here for over a decade now and it is amazing! Dr. Hale is seriously the best veterinarian we’ve ever seen and absolutely love everyone else as well! (We have 12 dogs and a cat.)
